Quality
Opened, checked, then packed
Nothing ships in a sealed supplier carton we have not looked inside. Every order is picked against a checklist, and anything electrical or mechanical is powered up or worked by hand first. If a batch fails, the whole batch comes off sale rather than being sold down.

Safety
Certified for who uses it
A balloon at a child's party and a 300W fixture on a truss are not the same risk, so they are not held to the same paperwork. Toys and tableware are tested to EN 71. Lighting ships CE and RoHS marked with a fused plug. Drapes and backdrops carry a flame-retardancy certificate, which is what a venue will ask you for.

The number on the listing is the number on our shelves, because it is our warehouse and not a supplier's feed. Order two hundred of something and it comes from one production batch, so the colour holds across every table instead of drifting from one to the next.

After the sale
Still ours once it lands
One price, shown in full, with duties settled at checkout. If something arrives broken we replace it rather than open a claim and make you wait. Lighting carries a twelve-month warranty and we keep the spares — clamps, gels, cables, fuses — so one failed part does not retire a working fixture.
